Every year, each Senator and Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly is allotted money to be distributed to his or her constituents as college scholarships.
Senatorial Scholarship
The application deadline for the 2017-2018 scholarship from Senator Rosapepe has passed. Please check back in January 2018 to apply for the 2018-2019 Senatorial Scholarship.
Senatorial awards are automatically renewable -- no need to re-apply if you received it last year. Delegate scholarship winners, however, must re-apply every year.
Delegates' Scholarships
The deadline was April 1, 2017 and applications are no longer being received for the 2017-2018 school year. Please check back in January 2018 to apply for a Delegate Scholarship for each of the Offices of Delegates Frush, Peña-Melnyk, and Barnes. Once our application period opens, you only need to complete one application for the three offices. - Scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors who attend Prince George's Public Schools.
